1. Introduction

These User Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding legal contract between you and Easy Transfer and explain the rules governing your use of our Service and Websites. These Terms apply to you as a user of the Service. By accessing or using the Service and Websites, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms (as applicable) and confirm you have read and understand our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service or Websites.

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting a modified version on our website. If, in Easy Transfer's sole discretion, the modifications to these Terms are material, we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to the change taking effect, either by emailing the email address associated with your account or by alerting you through the Service and/or Websites. If you do not agree to or cannot comply with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and Websites. Unless otherwise stated elsewhere in these Terms or in our notice, the updated Terms will take effect upon their posting and will apply on a going-forward basis. Your continued use of the Service and Websites after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility and Scope

To use the Service and Websites you must be, and you represent and warrant that you are, at least 18 years of age and competent to agree to these Terms. If the law where you reside requires that you must be older in order for Easy Transfer to lawfully provide the Service and Websites to you and use your personal data without parental consent, then you must be that older age.

If the representations in the preceding sentence are not true, or if Easy Transfer has previously prohibited you from accessing or using the Service and Websites, you may not access or use the Service and Websites.

3. Services Offered

We understand the intricacies involved in dealing with government applications. We act as your agent, handling submissions for passports, visas, DMV paperwork, and immigration forms.

While Easy Transfer strives to ensure that all submissions are complete, accurate, and timely, final decisions and processing timelines are exclusively within the control of the applicable government agencies. Easy Transfer does not and cannot guarantee approval, issuance, or processing times for any application, nor can we influence governmental discretion.

Our services are administrative and logistical in nature; we do not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice, nor do we represent any government agency.

As part of the Service, Easy Transfer provides each customer with a unique email address in the format [yourname]@easytransfer.io (your "Easy Transfer Email Address"). This Easy Transfer Email Address is used to manage and forward communications between you and the U.S. Department of State ("DOS"). Upon registration or at the commencement of your application, you will be assigned a unique Easy Transfer Email Address that Easy Transfer will use for all correspondence with DOS on your behalf. All communications from DOS regarding your application will be directed to your Easy Transfer Email Address, and Easy Transfer will manage, review, and respond to these communications as your authorized agent.

By using the Service and accepting these Terms, you expressly authorize and appoint Easy Transfer to act as your authorized agent and representative in managing all communications and correspondence sent to or from your Easy Transfer Email Address with DOS related to your application. This authorization includes, without limitation:

• Receiving and reviewing all communications from DOS directed to you or your application
• Responding to inquiries, requests for additional information, documentation, or clarifications on your behalf
• Submitting supplemental materials, corrections, or follow-up information as needed
• Managing all correspondence related to the status, processing, or outcome of your application

This DOS communication service is designed to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce response times, and ensure that all correspondence with DOS is handled promptly and professionally. Easy Transfer manages these communications fully on your behalf to provide you with a seamless application experience. You acknowledge that by using the Service, all communications between government agencies and Easy Transfer sent to or from your Easy Transfer Email Address regarding your application are made with your express authorization and consent.

Easy Transfer will keep you informed throughout the process by providing you with timely updates regarding:

• Material communications received from DOS at your Easy Transfer Email Address
• Responses sent on your behalf from your Easy Transfer Email Address
• Status updates, requests for action, or changes to your application
• Final outcomes and decisions

You acknowledge that Easy Transfer's role as your communication agent is administrative in nature and does not constitute legal representation. Easy Transfer does not provide legal advice, and this authorization does not create an attorney-client relationship.

4. Responsibilities and Acknowledgment of Easy Transfer's Limited Role

Our responsibility is to handle your documents with care and ensure they reach the right hands. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, rejections, or other issues resulting from third-party couriers, government agencies, or from inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information provided by you. We urge all our clients to double-check their application materials for completeness and accuracy. Failure to do so may result in processing delays or denial of your application, for which Easy Transfer bears no liability.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that Easy Transfer acts solely as a facilitator and administrative agent. Easy Transfer does not have authority or influence over any government decision-making process, nor do we guarantee the issuance, approval, or timeliness of any document or application outcome.

All approvals are made solely by the relevant government agencies, and your use of Easy Transfer's platform does not imply or create any guarantee of approval.

Without limitation, Easy Transfer is not responsible for:

• Delays or denials caused by government agency backlogs or closures
• Courier or mail carrier delivery failures, delays, or loss
• Changes in government policies, requirements, or eligibility criteria
• Errors or inaccuracies in information or documentation provided by the customer
• Missed travel, appointment, or legal deadlines
• Incomplete applications resulting from unsubmitted forms or documents
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

You acknowledge and agree that Easy Transfer's liability is strictly limited to the services expressly provided and that all other risks remain with you.

6. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Service and Websites only for your own use, and only in a manner that complies with these Terms and all legal requirements that apply to you or your use of the Service and Websites. Easy Transfer may revoke this license at any time, in its sole discretion.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms, including the following rules regarding acceptable use of the Service and Websites (the "Acceptable Use Policy").

7.1. Disruption of the Service

You may not:

• access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service and Websites, Easy Transfer's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Easy Transfer's providers;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or circumvent any security measure;
• access or search the Service and Websites by any means other than Easy Transfer's publicly supported interfaces (for example, "scraping"); or
• interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, our infrastructure or the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Service and Websites, or by scripting the creation of User Content interferes with the Service and Websites; or
• prompt or otherwise attempt to use artificial intelligence (AI) models to act in a manner that violates these Terms or intentionally circumvents safety filters and functionality of the Service.

7.2. Misuse of the Service and Websites

You may not use the Service and Websites to carry out, promote or support:

• any disinformation, deception, or otherwise fraudulent activities;
• the impersonation of another person or entity or the misrepresentation of an affiliation with a person or entity (e.g., "spoofing", "phishing");
• activities that are defamatory, libelous or threatening, or otherwise constitute hate speech, harassment, or stalking;
• the violation of any law or the rights of others (including unlawful tracking, monitoring, and identification or the publishing or sharing of another person's confidential or personal information without their express authorization and permission);
• for harm or abuse of a minor, including grooming and child sexual exploitation;
• the sending of unsolicited communications, promotions advertisements, or spam;
• the publishing or sharing of malicious content;
• the promotion or advertisement of products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization; or
• the development of services that compete with Easy Transfer;

7.3. User Content

You may not post any User Content on the Service or Websites (or otherwise make use of the Service or Websites) in a manner that:

• is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, disparaging, libelous, threatening, or pornographic (including child pornography, which, upon becoming aware of, we will remove and report to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children);
• suggests any content, information or other outputs generated by AI are human-generated;
• criticizes others based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition;
• contains viruses, bots, worms, or similar harmful materials;
• contains any information that you do not have a right to make available under law or any contractual or fiduciary duty; or
• could otherwise cause damage to Easy Transfer or any third party.
